How do I find the right therapist for me?
Studies repeatedly show that the right therapist is the one you feel most comfortable with, with whom you feel you can form a rapport.
How long will I need to come for?
I work short term with an agreed number of sessions, or we can work in a more open-ended way (which is more usual) if the struggle is deeper rooted. Sessions are weekly at usually the same time.
What is the cost?
Therapy with me costs £95 per 50 minute session in London for individuals and £115 per 55 minutes for couples.
In Oxford its £85 per 50 minutes for individuals and £100 for 55 minutes for couples.
How do I proceed to get started?
Contact me via e mail. We will then have a brief phone conversation which is complimentary, and from there, if we both agree, have an initial session either face-to-face or online. This lasts 50/55 minutes and is chargeable. After this we decide whether we want to go forward together with regular sessions.
Is it confidential?
Our therapy is confidential and I provide a safe, contained space for you to talk about the most difficult and sensitive matters.
